Patent attorney

You are already admitted as a German patent attorney, perhaps even a European patent attorney, or vice versa.  You have worked in industry or in a patent attorney's practice.  You would like to carve out your own career as partner in a team of young, dynamic and very successful colleagues. You will speedily assume responsibility for your own caseload, which means not only working together with inventors and applicants and conducting examination proceedings, but also involves handling conflicts concerning the validity and infringement of intellectual property rights.  The English language presents you with no problems.  Our clients are international corporations as well as medium-sized companies and start-ups.  We advise and represent our clients across the whole spectrum of intellectual property rights, which guarantees you a varied workload.

Patent attorney trainees

Chemists, biochemists, physicists and electrical engineers holding first-class degrees can complete their patent attorney training with us with the prospect of long-term collaboration.
